8/3/2023 0 Comments Super mario 64 box![]() ![]() Super Mario 64 is now available as part of Super Mario 3D All-Stars, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. There is a reason the game is beloved by many, as the "Nintendo polish" that the developer put into its old-school 3D platformer makes it a timeless experience. Hopefully, that will point fans in the right direction to fully experience all that Super Mario 64 has to offer. The inside of the ship is full of water and contains several Treasure Chests and platforms. Those red boxes will now be solid, letting you hit them and retrieve the Wing Cap inside. Fly down to it then ground pound by jumping and pressing ZL and you’ll depress the button and that’s how to unlock the Wing Cap in Super Mario 64. The player can enter the ship in the lake through a broken window after luring Unagi the eel out. The giant red button here will unlock the Wing Cap throughout Super Mario 64. However, this power-up only lasts around 60 seconds, so players should plan their route ahead of time before opening the red boxes. In the Nintendo 64 version, during the first mission, Plunder in the Sunken Ship, a thin fog covers the area, and the sky is darker than in other missions. Unlocking red blocks to use the Wing Cap is only going to make that journey easier for players. Part of the fun in Mario 64 is racing to collect all the stars.
